01 General Terms & Conditions

Btg33 (referred to hereinafter as "we", "btg33", or the "platform") is an online gaming platform. btg33's terms and conditions have been established in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you confirm that you understand and agree to abide by these terms.

02 Account Register

To open an account and access the benefits of the btg33 platform, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Any attempt by a minor to open an account is strictly prohibited.
• Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.

• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

03 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on btg33 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following terms and conditions apply to all deposits:

• When making a deposit, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted. If such a transaction is identified, the account may be suspended.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact customer support.
• Deposits are non-refundable once completed; however, in cases of suspected fraud, action will be taken following an investigation.

04 Withdrawal Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all withdrawals of winnings from btg33:

• Your KYC verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Maximum limits are set separately on a daily basis.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes. During peak hours, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended and additional information requested if suspicious activity or signs of money laundering are detected.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement (typically 30x–40x) must be met first.
• If a single person attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• Bonuses not used within their validity period will be automatically removed.
• btg33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system dishonestly may result in the forfeiture of the entire account balance.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting activities on btg33:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and audited by a third party.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• btg33 is not liable for disconnections during live games; however, all transactions are recorded and stored on the server.
• btg33 reserves the right to adjust Sports Betting odds up until the start of an event.

07 Responsible Gaming

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You may temporarily suspend your account for a set period at any time.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btg33 and will result in account termination along with further action:

• Opening an account on behalf of, or for use by, a minor.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system for financial gain.
• Attempting to hack the platform's system or exploiting any security vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in harassment or abusive behavior toward other members.

09 Account Suspension and Termination

Btg33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If it is proven that false or incorrect information was provided at the time of registration.
• When evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud is identified.
• When required by a competent authority or legal obligation.

If an account is terminated, any decision regarding the return of a valid balance will be made following an investigation.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you object to any changes, you may close your account at any time.
